About Us


Health Ministries Network of Minnesota (HMN-MN) is a nonprofit, 501(c)3, interfaith organization committed to encouraging, supporting and developing whole-person ministries throughout Minnesota. We welcome people from adjoining states to be part of this network as affiliate members.

Any person or group who is committed to our mission is welcome to be a member. This includes many roles: parish nurses, health ministers, coordinators and program managers, clergy, chaplains, rabbis, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, faculty/ educators, human and social services, faith leaders, lay people, deacons, elders, Stephen Ministers, BeFrienders, church leaders, and others.

We are a resource network dedicated to serve, strengthen and support people involved in practices that integrate faith and health and the communities they serve.

Our Vision

That every faith community has access to health ministries based on their own faith values.

Our Goal

To communicate health ministry successes using multi-disciplinary collaboration.
