- Would you like to feel better and healthier?
- Do you have pain or feel tired and frustrated?
- Would you like to learn how to better manage the symptoms that trouble you most?
- Would you like to be able to do more of the things you enjoy?
- Would you like to learn from others who know what it’s like to have on-going health problems?
If you responded YES to any of the above...please call 701-234-5570 to register.
You’ll learn how to take small steps towards positive changes and a healthier life.
Living Well is:
- a 6 session weekly interactive workshop (2 ½ hours per session)
- for people who have any on-going health problems
- free of charge and open to the public as one of MeritCare’s Community Benefit programs
- helpful to overcome the common challenges faced by people with on-going health conditions, but is not about specific diseases
- about learning skills to deal with difficult emotions, solve problems, and accomplish your goals
- taught by people just like you who are specially trained to lead the workshop
*It works!
Several studies report that people who participated in the workshop experienced…
· Better health · Less fatigue and more energy
