Do any of these questions sound familiar?  Living Well may be the answer.

  • Would you like to feel better and healthier?
  • Do you have pain or feel tired and frustrated?
  • Would you like to learn how to better manage the symptoms that trouble you most?
  • Would you like to be able to do more of the things you enjoy?
  • Would you like to learn from others who know what it’s like to have on-going health problems?

If you responded YES to any of the above...please call 701-234-5570 to register.

You’ll learn how to take small steps towards positive changes and a healthier life.

Living Well is:

  • a 6 session weekly interactive workshop (2 ½ hours per session)
  • for people who have any on-going health problems
  • free of charge and open to the public as one of MeritCare’s Community Benefit programs
  • helpful to overcome the common challenges faced by people with on-going health conditions, but is not about specific diseases
  • about learning skills to deal with difficult emotions, solve problems, and accomplish your goals
  • taught by people just like you who are specially trained to lead the workshop

 *It works!

Several studies report that people who participated in the workshop experienced…

· Better health                                                       · Less fatigue and more energy

· A more active lifestyle                                       · Less time in the hospital

· Fewer visits to the ER
