is Abuse?
- Willful infliction of physical force that may
result in bodily injury, physical pain, or impairment
- Non-consensual sexual contact of any kind
- Infliction of emotional or psychological anguish, pain,
or distress through verbal or nonverbal acts
- Refusing or failing to provide goods and services needed
to avoid physical harm, mental anguish, or mental illness
- Exploiting the material resources of an elderly or vulnerable
person for personal or monetary benefit.
