It has an extensive list of resources for home modification. www.homemods.org The National Osteoporosis Foundation works to prevent osteoporosis, to promote lifelong bone health, and to help improve the lives of those affected by osteoporosis and related fractures. The State of Minnesota Department of Health works with local public health agencies, federal health agencies and other organizations to operate programs that protect and improve the health of entire communities. It provides a number of resources and research articles about aging issues. http://www.health.state.mn.us/ The State of Minnesota Department of Human Services Aging & Adult Services works to help seniors find the resources they need to continue living in their homes for as long as possible.
