Leader:
Have mercy on me, Oh God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions.
All:
Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.
Leader:
For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.
All:
Against You, You only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you are proved right when you speak and justified when you judge.
Leader:
Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.
All:
Surely you desire truth in the inner parts, you teach me wisdom in the inmost place.
Leader:
Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean’ wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
All:
Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice.
Leader:
Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity
All:
Create in me a pure heart, Oh God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Leader:
Do not cast me away from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.
All:
Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit.
Leader:
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
All:
A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
Leader:
The Lord redeems His servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in Him.

Instruction for Prayer and Preparation

(With music in background)

Consider why you would like prayer and what you would like God to do.

Prepare your heart before God. Ask God to reveal to you areas that need to be confessed. Confess our sin and claim God’s forgiveness and expect His healing and hope. (Hebrews 4:16, Micah 7:18.19; Micah 7:7)

Take a few minutes to do above three quietly by yourself. Encourage those who will be praying with individuals to do this as well.

During time of prayer, the following choices are available:

Pray quietly and privately where you are seated.

Go to a prayer group to receive prayer and/or anointing with oil

If led by the Lord, go to a person sitting in audience and pray with them.

A prayer request basket is available by the main doors for submission of written prayer requests. Our Prayer Intercessors would be honored to pray for you in the days ahead.
